Effective strain was selected from soil. The technological regulations for manufacture of preparation based on efficient strain of nematophagous fungus Duddingtonia flagrans F-882, intended for agricultural plants against parasitic nematodes, were developed Trials of developed preparation were conducted in Novosibirsk, Barnaul, Kemerovo, and Krasnodar using various crop cultures (cucumber, tomato, potato, strawberry) and various nematode species (root-knot, stem, and cyst). Stimulatory effect of the biopreparation on plant growth and development was demonstrated. The preparation decreased the soil infection and increased the yield, for example, of cucumber by 2 kg per 1 m2 and more. A prolonged action of the biopreparation during three growth cycles was shown by the example of cucumber plants.
