While studying at the Perm State Technical University, he graduated from the military Department of the VUS 430200. "Operation and repair of ballistic tactical missiles and ground equipment of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

In 2000, he graduated from the RMTPC at Perm State Technical University with a

degree in Linguist-translator. Specialist in intercultural communication". (English). The level of English proficiency is conversational, the language of business correspondence is free.

In 2004, he was trained as part of the Presidential Program of the Russian Federation for

retraining (specialization "Management"). He defended his diploma with honors on the topic "Innovation project Management".

In this capacity, he implemented an international project to organize and launch the production of the first Russian telematics GSM/GPS terminal. The project participants were leading companies from the USA, Denmark, Austria, Germany, Korea and other countries.

At the Svyaz-Expocom exhibition, a new Russian product was awarded the title of "BEST PRODUCT OF THE YEAR".

The General Director of one of the management companies of the joint Directorate of the Commission on Innovation and Investment IFSPD, the IPM "We Love Russia" and «Committee 2017» - INNTEL LLC, which before receiving this status was a representative of leading telecommunications companies in China and India.

Over the past 12 years, he has been involved in the creation of the Intellect of Russia Corporation, the all-Russian national fund for breakthrough technologies, unique projects and strategic social initiatives aimed at repeatedly accelerating and advancing the development of Russia.
